May 2026 bring good health, stability, and positive moments to you and your loved ones. A new year is always an opportunity for renewal — to move forward with clarity, cooperation, and a shared sense of responsibility for the place we call home.
Our community is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and the collective efforts of its members. Together, we can continue to improve our shared environment, address challenges constructively, and create a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming space for everyone.

Update on Technical Rooms and Emergency Access
During January, we started securing all technical rooms within the community. This includes electrical rooms as well as rooms where water supply can be shut off.
The first phase was completed on Calle Castillo del Río, where the technical rooms have now been locked. Instructions were provided to the residents in that area to ensure continued access when needed.
Over the past weeks, the same work has been carried out on Calle de Atalaya, including several villas. During this process, it was also positively noted that some technical rooms were already properly secured.
We appreciate the cooperation and assistance from members during this work. If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your feedback and ideas are always welcome. Instructions can be provided upon request if access is required.
In addition, an emergency telephone number will be established specifically for water and electricity-related incidents. The intention is for this service to be available 24/7. All members will be invited to a dedicated WhatsApp group related to this emergency line. The group will be intended for written communication only; phone calls will not be possible through this channel.
