Ampliación del orden del día de la Asamblea General Ordinaria del 9 de noviembre / Additional Agenda Item for the Annual General Meeting on 9 November

Por indicación de la presidenta de la Comunidad de Propietarios Playa Golf II R1-R2, les informamos de que se incorpora el siguiente punto al orden del día de la Asamblea General Ordinaria del próximo 9 de noviembre:
Establecimiento de una cuota anual para garajes y plazas de aparcamiento. Aplicación a partir del presente ejercicio, conforme al coeficiente de participación asignado a cada garaje o plaza, y emisión y envío de los recibos correspondientes a sus propietarios, con notificación mediante burofax a quienes no residan en la comunidad.
El resto de los puntos del orden del día de la convocatoria remitida permanecen inalterados.

Dear Owners,
At the instruction of the President of the Playa Golf II R1-R2 Homeowners’ Association, we inform you that the following item is being added to the agenda for the Annual General Meeting on 9 November:
Introduction of an annual fee for garages and parking spaces. Implementation from the current financial year, based on the participation coefficient assigned to each garage or parking space, together with the issuance and dispatch of the corresponding payment notices to their owners, with notification by Burofax to those who do not reside in the community.
All other agenda items in the previously circulated meeting notice remain unchanged.
