 The community fees payable as agreed in the latest AGM are as follows:

€300 per year for normal households

€360 per year for landlords renting their property out

Payment should be made to the community bank account. Deatail of the account can be found below:

 Please take note that if you pay by direct debit, your fees will be requested from your bank on 1st November! If you do not pay by direct debit, your fees must be received by the 30th November.

Remember that a surcharge of 18% will be added to any owner's community fee account if their fee is not paid in full by 1st December.

As approved in a previous general assembly, owners with a Tourist License are charged 20% more community fee - there are 16 owners who are being charged this currently.
