R1-R2 EXPLANATION PAU 25

In relation to the PAU-25, we enclose a letter received from the lawyer, Mr. Manuel Joaquín Martínez, where he details the last information received. This is copied from the original letter:

At the moment the information that can be provided is very scarce, since, due to the lack
of diligence of the City Council of Orihuela, they have not yet notified all 100% of the
owners and the Court is waiting to continue with the procedure upon completion. Of this
notification by the City Council.
This office is carrying out all the proceedings so that the rights of your defense are not
violated in case the Court deems that you as Owners are a subsidiary responsible.
To avoid further damage and to unify the defense criteria that may correspond, we offer
the joint appointment of all the neighbors, in addition to reduce the costs that may involve
the procedure.
Therefore, anyone interested in being represented by this legal firm in the aforementioned
matter, please contact us or the Penta Administration within a period no longer than 5
days.
On the other hand, if you agree that you want to be represented, you must make a
payment of the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EUROS (150 EUROS), as a provision of
funds for the procedures performed and to be made in the bank account indicated below.
