NOTCE TO ALL OWNERS 

The swimming pool is now open.

We have placed eighteen sun beds within the pool area.   It is essential that the sun beds remain within the hard standing terraces and not the paved walkway which surrounds the actual pool or the grassed areas.  Towels, left on the beds, will not reserve them for anyone leaving the pool area.  The grassed areas have been reseeded and a new irrigation system put in.  Owners are requested to ensure that children do not interfere with the new irrigations system which has been a big problem in the past.  It is the responsibility of owners to stop anyone they see interfering with the system or abusing these rules.

Safety is paramount within the pool area.  It is therefore necessary for me to remind everyone that it is illegal to have inflatable devices in the pool.  Balls of any kind are not allowed in the pool area.  It is also essential that owners give notice of these rules to anyone staying in their properties by way of a notice within the property.

There is a pool warden in attendance.  He is there to ensure these rules are adhered to.  If he has occasion to speak with you to, remind you of these rules, please understand that he is only doing his job.
