If you haven’t already got this service and wish to be able to see your electricity bills on line, we have gone through and noted the following process for your convenience. The site is mostly in Spanish so please use the step-by-step guide below. We are not claiming that our translations are exact - just that the following process WILL get you in.

Go here https://www.iberdrola.es/ovc/html/util/usr_alta.jsp
Click on the choice Hogar - Motivos Particulares
Type in the “passport number” (as noted on your contract). You don’t need to type in your NIE number.
Click on ACCEPTAR
Please note that you only need to fill the information which has a * by it.
Nombre* = put in your Christian Name i.e. Su
Apellido* = put in your surname i.e Kelly
Sexo M = woman H = Male
Fecha Nacimiento = Date of Birth (01/03/1969)
Nacionalidad = Reino Unido
Direccion = 1
Poblacion* = 1
Provincia* = ALICANTE
Codigo Postal = 03189
Pais* = Espana
Telefono de contracto = 0044 (your number)
Direccion e-mail* = (your email address)
Comprobacion e-mail* = repeat your email address
Click on ACCEPTAR
Referencia Contracto: = the 9 figure contract number on your bill.
You should then get:-

The important part is the URL on this email you receive (for example .... https://www.iberdrola.es/ovc/html/ut…onal=114445627 this last number will be unique to you )
This will take you into the Iberdrola page which asks you again for your Passport number (this is the only thing you need to fill in). Type in your passport number then click on the enviar and it will take you through to a page which gives you your Username and Password - for example ...
Codigo de Usuario: JSMITH1 (username)
Password: 0429

Keep a copy of this information. You are now ready to use the online services
