Looks like it is going to be a crazy summer!! I do not like deactivating pool key cards at anytime but after more problems from holiday renters today I have deactivated a pool key card and informed the owner. The owner said to me that I did not have the authority to do this which I found strange as it's the third different group of people in this property that has caused problems over the last 4 or 5 weeks.
Thankfully I do have the authority and also the support of a great majority of owners here as if nobody had any authority it would be a free for all over the summer and total mayhem would ensue.
The key card will be made available to the next visitors to this property but if it were to be a continuous problem I would need to consider stopping the pool use to all visitors who rent the said property.
