It is with great sadness that I have to inform everyone that Karen, having suffered through a very difficult illness for the last six months, passed away on Sunday morning 24th June 2012.

Karen was the President of our community, Playa Golf II R2 and R1, during 2006 until she resigned in April 2008. Karen presided over the community during the early days of the community being established and certainly helped us all through the difficult times.

Our thoughts are with Karen’s husband Steve and all of their family through this very difficult time.

Karen’s funeral will take place at the La Zenia Church 1200 hrs on Monday 2nd July 2012. Any further information will be placed on this notice site.
